Garden (and attached house) now sold

November 2014 Update

It is nearly eighteen months since I wrote that our house was for sale.  At last we have found a buyer, the legal stuff is all done and we move out next week.

It is now time for my partner and I to leave our home of many years and the beautiful abundant garden full of all sorts of interesting edibles not to mention the many memories of the fun it has been developing it.

Our house is in Telford, Shropshire.  It is in a quiet non estate setting on an unadopted road.  It has four bedrooms, a large kitchen, conservatory, lounge / dining room, family bathroom, downstairs loo, utility room and garage.  There is plenty of car parking for up to four vehicles as well.  It was a much loved family home while my partner’s children were growing up and is ideal for a family who prefer something a bit different to the cloned homes of modern developments.

This blog has lots of information about the garden from the point of view of the veggies and other food plants etc.  It also has space for play – with a good sized lawn.

House prices in Telford are very reasonable compared to many areas and we are looking for a sensible price for this market.  As yet it is not formally valued so I am not sure what the exact price will be.

Anyone who interested in more details is welcome to contact me via my email – annisveggies at hotmail dot co dot uk for further details.
